Russian Ministry of Defense: Ukrainian Drones Shot Down Over Belgorod and Kursk Regions

Russian Ministry of Defense reported that three drones of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were shot down over the Belgorod and Kursk regions. The destruction of the Ukrainian drones was announced by the Russian Ministry of Defense on Telegram.

«Two Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles were destroyed over the territory of the Kursk region and one over the territory of the Belgorod region by air defense means», - the statement from the ministry said.



The attempts by Kiev to attack the Kursk and Belgorod regions were recorded on April 30 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. The Ukrainian Armed Forces used aircraft-type drones for this purpose.

Earlier, the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported that on Tuesday afternoon, the Valuisky urban district came under fire from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He specified that the incident occurred in the village of Stary Khutor. The head of the region clarified that no civilians were injured, but power lines were damaged.
