Insurance company «Ingosstrakh» was the insurer of the burned down «Crocus City Hall», — two sources in the insurance market told RBC. A representative of «Ingosstrakh» confirmed this information. The company stated that they will fulfill all their obligations in accordance with the insurance contract. «Yesterday, for clients whose health or property suffered as a result of this tragedy, 'Ingosstrakh' introduced simplified claims settlement. Remote settlement is available in the IngoMobile mobile application. Claims from clients are also accepted at 'Ingosstrakh' offices. In order to provide psychological support, 'Ingosstrakh' has opened additional consultations with crisis psychologists», — the company said. «Ingosstrakh» can be contacted at the following numbers: +7 (495) 956-55-55, +7 800 100-77-55. A separate line has been organized for the victims, with an extension number — 6.

The damage from the fire could be estimated at around 10 billion rubles, one of the RBC sources reported. Another source notes that the insurance amount under the contract may be significantly lower than the estimated damage amount by experts. Earlier, Vice President of the Union of Shopping Centers Pavel Lyulin estimated the damage from the fire at the concert hall to be 6−12 billion rubles. Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyov reported that the premises were completely burned down. The company owning the hall, «Crocus International», — promised to restore it after the attack. The fire was extinguished after a day. According to Lyulin, in such cases, it is easier to demolish the concert hall building than to repair it due to significant deformation of the metal structures. The attack on «Crocus City Hall» occurred on the evening of March 22. Armed individuals stormed the building, opened fire, set fire to the premises, and fled. According to latest reports, 137 people died and 180 were injured. The terrorist organization «Islamic State» (banned in Russia) claimed responsibility, Reuters reported. 11 people have been detained. Four of them were found in the Bryansk region, according to the FSB.
